- Select delivery method: "Pick up at store" or "Home delivery"
- Select payment method: Cash on delivery or Domestic ATM card/Internet Banking or International payment cards Visa, Master, JCB.
Step 4: After entering complete information, please select "Complete order" to finish placing your order.
Step 5: After receiving the buyer's order, Blagucoffee.com will contact the customer using the phone number you provided via mobile number (+84)869.367.069 to verify order information.
Step 6: Blagucoffee.com delivers to the customer's home or the customer comes directly to stores nationwide to receive the goods.

Delivery and Shipping Process
Blagucoffee.com delivers nationwide. Upon receiving the order from the buyer and after confirming purchase information by phone, Blagucoffee.com will proceed with delivery according to the customer's request.
Hold items at Blagucoffee.com stores nationwide and the buyer will come directly to the store to check and receive the goods.
Home delivery to all 63 provinces and cities applies to goods purchased and sold online.
Free delivery for orders from 2,500,000 VND or more if delivered within the same province/city as the nearest store.
For inter-provincial/city orders or orders under 2,500,000 VND, Blagucoffee.com staff will advise in detail on the most convenient delivery method. Shipping costs and delivery time will be provided to customers when Blagucoffee.com staff calls to advise customers.
For home delivery orders with a value of 5 million VND or more, please pay at least 50% of the order value in advance.
Product Return and Exchange Process
Customers can exchange or return products purchased at Blagucoffee.com provided that the order must have phone number information and within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Case of return/exchange due to Manufacturer's fault: Free return/exchange applies to all products being sold at Blagucoffee.com (Excluding used products or when selling there is notification of a program not accepting returns for special products).
Case of return/exchange at Customer's request: Applies to products being sold, Exchange/return items must be intact unused, still have seal stickers, box not dented, if box is lost or dented, box fee will be charged according to company regulations.
Not applicable for return/exchange: Customized items at Customer's request, cannot determine product integrity.
Products with financial invoices when returned will incur a 10% payment fee.
