- Orders with products requesting exchange/return due to external damage but already have a joint inspection report between the carrier and the customer
- Products in the restricted return/exchange category.

How to Send Return/Exchange Products to Blagucoffee.com
When the return/exchange request is approved, Blagucoffee.com will send you a free shipping code to send items back to Blagucoffee.com via over 20,000 Viettelpost post offices and transport stations through confirmation SMS and email.
Please pack the product in its original condition before receipt (including gifts and accessories accompanying the main product) and bring it to the nearest Viettelpost office to arrange shipment to Blagucoffee.com. You can view the nearest post office address here.
If you encounter any obstacles while using the shipping code when sending products back to Blagucoffee.com via post, or contact Sieuthicafe.vn via hotline 0869.367.069 for quick support.
Currently, Blagucoffee.com does not support return shipping fees when you send items through other shipping carriers.
Return and Exchange Policy Details
1\. Exchange for New Product
Blagucoffee.com only exchanges products in cases where the product has defects not caused by the customer, specifically including the following cases:
- Technical defects of the product
- Goods broken before reaching the customer, wrong product delivered
2\. Return Product – Refund
2.1. Return due to Customer Demand
In cases where customers return products for personal reasons, the conditions for return and refund are:
- Product still has original tags, labels, or manufacturer seals
- Product still has full accessories, promotional gifts
- If it is an electronic, household, or electronic accessory product, it has not been activated, no data has been recorded on the device, and it has not been used.

2.2. Return due to Product Defects not caused by the Customer:
2.2.1. External Damage - due to shipping or packaging process
Blagucoffee.com will exchange 100% for a new product if the product is externally damaged, provided you report it within 48 hours from the time of successful receipt.
If there is already a joint inspection report between the carrier and the customer, Blagucoffee.com will not support sending replacement products under any conditions.
In cases where the product is only externally damaged, Blagucoffee.com will refuse all return requests if you report the defect after 48 hours.
2.2.2. Manufacturing Defects - by Blagucoffee.com

Within 7 days from when Blagucoffee.com successfully delivers, if the product has manufacturing defects, Sieuthicafe.vn will support exchanging for a new product or 100% refund.
2.3. Refund Method and Processing Fee

Refund to Blagucoffee.com account, credited to your Sieuthicafe.vn account within 24 hours with Sieuthicafe.vn value corresponding to the product value. Customers can use Sieuthicafe.vn to continue purchasing other products at Blagucoffee.com.
Refund to bank account: 1-2 business days.
2.3.2. Processing Fee:
Except for the fee-free refund cases mentioned above, Blagucoffee.com will charge a processing fee for each product customers wish to return according to the following formula:
- Products valued under 500,000 VND: processing fee of 20,000 VND.
- Products valued over 500,000 VND: processing fee of 10%.
3\. Warranty
3.1. Product Warranty Conditions:
Product still within warranty period
Product not damaged due to usage process
Product still has original tags, warranty card, and meets conditions set by the supplier
3.2. Warranty Reception Method:
If the product is damaged within 7 days from receiving the product from the delivery staff, customers can send the item back to Blagucoffee.com to be exchanged for a new product.
If after 7 days from when Blagucoffee.com successfully delivers, the product warranty period will depend on the time specified by the Supplier, you can warranty at the genuine supplier to save time and conveniently track warranty progress. If you still need to send items to Sieuthicafe.vn for warranty, you can contact Blagucoffee.com for specific handling support.
