1\. Scope of Application
Delivery to all areas nationwide and internationally
Domestic Delivery
- Door-to-door delivery within Ho Chi Minh City inner city
Blagu.com delivery staff deliver door-to-door in Ho Chi Minh City within 1-2 working days from the order date.
In case customers require delivery within 24 hours, shipping fees are negotiated between both parties.
- Regular delivery via post office
Currently, the partner unit is Viettel Post Vietnam - website: viettelpost.com.vn to operate and provide shipping rates immediately.
Customers can check the route, shipping fees, and delivery time directly on the partner's website via the order tracking number.
Goods are sent via post office. With this method, customers will receive goods within approximately 2 to 3 days depending on the region and selected package.
- Bus cargo for provinces/cities with bus cargo/transport vehicles:
\- Phuong Trang bus cargo for provinces nationwide with Phuong Trang stations.
\- Thanh Buoi bus cargo for Lam Dong, Can Tho.
\- Hanh Cafe bus cargo for provinces with Hanh Cafe stations
\- Sinh cafe bus cargo
\- Nam Phuong bus cargo
\- Dung Nghia bus cargo
\- Saigon Transport JSC....
Or as designated by customer request.
Shipping costs are negotiated between both parties.
International Delivery
Express delivery DHL, UPS and S.F Express can deliver to customers' hands globally.
Goods are transported quickly through service providers DHL, UPS, SF Express. With this shipping method, customers will receive goods at home within approximately 5 to 10 days.

According to international cargo principles, our goods need to be declared in advance to Vietnam Customs and arrival notification provided to international customers.
We will need customers to provide some personal information such as:
- Full international name
- Phone with receiving country area code
- Email for cargo notification
- Specific and accurate address
- Postal code
- Recipient's Passport number.
We notify shipping fees to customers and accept payment in advance or upon delivery.
For customers in Indochina countries: Laos, Cambodia: We deliver by bus cargo method: Minh Vu (to Laos), Mekong Express, Sapaco, Phuong Heng .. (to Cambodia).
We have the best preferential shipping rates from SF. Express for customers in the following countries: Hong Kong, Macau, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, Cambodia, Myanmar, India, Australia, United States, Mexico, Canada, Mongolia.
For other countries worldwide, we use preferential policies from UPS and DHL to have the best shipping rates.

2\. International Shipping
We apply according to the DHL and UPS rate tables signed in the most recent contract.
International shipping costs can be paid in advance or upon delivery - according to customer negotiation.
