COMPLAINT HANDLING POLICY
- Blagu Coffee accepts all customer complaints related to the company's products and services.
- The complaint resolution time shall be within a maximum of 03 (three) working days from receipt of the customer's complaint.
- In the event of force majeure, both parties shall negotiate directly.
